What is GlycoAid?
A once-daily dietary supplement sold as a natural blood sugar support aid, built on a 500 mg blend of fourteen botanical, vitamin and mineral ingredients. Thirty capsules a bottle, which is a month at the stated serving.

What time of day is best?
Whichever meal you never skip. Breakfast works for most people because it happens at the most consistent hour.
Does GlycoAid have to be taken with food?
Yes, and this matters more than with most supplements. Berberine on an empty stomach is the single commonest cause of week-one complaints with this class of product.
What if I miss a day?
Take it later the same day with food, or skip it and carry on tomorrow. Never double up.
How long before GlycoAid does anything?

Do I need to cycle off it?

How many ingredients are in GlycoAid?
Fourteen in the blend, plus chromium and biotin declared with percent daily values, plus three other ingredients: vegetable cellulose, rice flour and magnesium stearate.
Which ingredient is the main one?
Berberine is the most researched name in the formula and the one most people recognise. The panel lists ingredients heaviest first, which is the best available clue to the ordering.
Is there caffeine in GlycoAid?
No caffeine and no stimulant of any kind.
Is there sugar in GlycoAid?
No. It is a capsule rather than a gummy, so there is no sweetener or sugar base to carry a flavour.
What is a proprietary blend?

Why is magnesium stearate in there?

Can I take GlycoAid with diabetes medication?
Only with the agreement of whoever manages that treatment. Several ingredients push glucose in the same direction as the medicine.
Does GlycoAid affect blood tests?
The biotin in it can interfere with several laboratory immunoassays, thyroid and cardiac troponin among them. Say so before blood is drawn.
Can I take it during pregnancy?
